Before you start
Please read this once. It explains what the app saves and how your hours are paid.
- Clock in and out yourself, only for yourself. Keep your PIN private.
- When you tap a button, and when you open the app while clocked in, it saves the time and where your phone is (GPS), or the place you type. It does not track you in the background.
- Hours you add later, expenses and days off count once Max approves them.
- Max and KNAM Media see your hours, places, jobs, requests and messages. They are kept for payroll and tax records.

Hours by job
Labor uses each person's rate before overtime (set it with Edit on the Team list). Expenses are approved expenses with that job.
